Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: This role is a substitute position and supports the teaching team to enhance students’ learning and development. Under the guidance of the Teacher Advocate, this role involves creating a safe and engaging classroom environment. The Substitute Assistant Teacher leads the classroom during the Teacher’s breaks or absences and plans and conducts various gross motor and small group activities daily. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. This role is ideal for those passionate about education and child development, looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school setting.
