This position provides professional expertise in all areas of Human Resources and employee labor relations. This position will also oversee DEI training and is the Public Relations point person. The HR Director is responsible for adhering to, following and implementing Human Resources in accordance with state and federal law, Head Start performance standards, the collective bargaining agreement and any agency employment handbooks or policies and procedures.
