JOB SUMMARY Manages and ensures the sustainability of grant-funded child care partnership programs contracted with Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) of Multnomah County, including publicly funded Baby Promise, Community Childcare Initiative (CCI) and Occupational Skills Training and Child Care (OTCC) programs. Provides ongoing coaching and supervision of assigned staff in the areas of family partnerships and infant/toddler development. Develops and maintains relationships with child care programs and community partners. Develops efficient operations and monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with applicable grant agreements, regulations and standards. Assists with and carries out the CCR&R department’s strategic goals. Serves as a resource to staff, child care partners and parents on program services, policies and procedures.
