Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist (Unlicensed) Location: Salem, OR (97301) Family Building Blocks is seeking an Unlicensed Mental Health Clinician / Therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. As a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist, you will: Deliver individualized, family-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health services. Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to identify families in need of targeted interventions. Provide support to promote healthy attachment and bonding, address trauma, and encourage developmental milestones. Collaborate with other Family Building Blocks programs to maximize family support. Your compassion, education, and experience will help children and families overcome challenges and build healthy, thriving relationships. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field. Meet State of Oregon Administrative Rule requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Candidates must possess or work toward MHACBO certification as a QMHP-C unless pursuing licensure through another counseling/social work board. At least 6 months of experience conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning through internships or employment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
